Charles "Patrick" Gallagher

Charles “Patrick” Gallagher, 36 of West End passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 5th, 2023 at Moore Regional Hospital.

Patrick was born on December 16th, 1986 in Pinehurst, NC. He was a graduate of Pinecrest High School and worked in the construction field. Patrick was preceded in death by his Biological mother Kathleen “Katie” Gallagher, His father Cary Donathan McRae, His Grandparents Patrick and Patricia Gallagher, and his sister Tiffany McRae Davis. 

Patrick is survived by his sisters, Shae Lenora McRae Unsworth and Angel McRae Williams, his adopted mother, Rhonda Dunn, and her Children, James Hinson, Tonya Hinson Holt, and Barry Hinson. Patrick was the uncle to 10 nieces, 8 nephews, 2 great nephews, and 1 great niece.

Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of life graveside service that will be held on Saturday, March 11th, 2023, at Bethesda Cemetery beginning at 11 am.
