He was with his wife, Kasey McDonald Monroe, and his daughter, Allison Monroe Schweizer at his time of passing. Carol Agnes Wittman Lipert went home to Jesus on March 31, 2024 at age 82. Born, September 23, 1941, to David and Ann (Balzer) Wittman in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. She worked as a supervisor in the cafeteria in a hospital till she became disabled after suffering a stroke.
